How do I get my picture and information on the website?

1. Go to the Dodge City High School Class of 1961 website.
Address www.dchs1961.myevent.com.

2. From the Home Page select “Classmates” on the navigation bar located on the left side.

3. Follow the instructions located at the top of the page

4. After you select the “Add Your Profile” fill out the form that will appear

5. At this time you can add a current photo or you can come back later and edit this information.

6. After you hit the “Submit” button, the system will email us of your request. We will add a year book photo if it exists, review the information and approve the request to publish on the website. Not all information will be displayed on the website for protection of personal information. The username/password you select will be used to edit your information. If there any future changes, please kept this website current since this is how we plan to communicate with classmates.

1. You can keep your information up to date by going to your entry in the classmates section and press the “Edit Your Profile” button on the top of the page.

2. If you originally registered with a username and Password, the system will ask you to login to modify your data.

3. Once you have updated your information and hit the “Submit”, the website will be updated immediately and does not require additional approval.

4. If we entered your information from data we already had in our records then you can still use the update feature, but you will have to create a username/password. When you select “Edit Your Profile” on your information, the screen will appear for you to register. After you enter your email address, the system will email you a password. When you receive the password, you can edit your information using step 2. You can also change your password on the edit screen. This will only work if we have your correct email address on file. If it is incorrect, contact us with your correct email address.

For users that do not have an email address will be able create a new entry, but will not be able to edit their information. You will have to contact us with any changes so we can do it for you.
